1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", "Seller", or "Freelancer") and TeenHusstle ("Company", "we", or "us") concerning your access to and use of the website located at https://www.teenhusstle.com and associated services.

By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, buying digital goods, or offering freelance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Platform Description & Marketplace Services

TeenHusstle is a multi-vendor digital marketplace and online service platform enabling:

• Sellers to list and sell digital assets, e-books, source code templates, and educational materials.
• Freelancers/Hustlers to offer professional and technical services (HustleHub).
• Students and buyers to browse, purchase digital products, post project requirements, and hire skilled freelancers.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access core features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Currency & Pricing: All prices listed on TeenHusstle are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation.
• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway using Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallet methods.
• Authorization: By submitting an order, you authorize TeenHusstle and Razorpay to charge the designated payment instrument for the total order amount.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods & Services

• Digital Products: Upon successful payment completion, digital product files or download access links are made available immediately in your user dashboard and sent via confirmation email.
• Freelance Services: Deliverable timelines for customized services are agreed upon between the buyer and freelancer during order initiation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all digital content, website layout, graphics, logos, and code on TeenHusstle are owned by or licensed to TeenHusstle. Buyers of digital goods receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use purchased products according to the listing terms. Unauthorized redistribution or reselling of purchased digital assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TeenHusstle, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or inability to access services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
